Tekst koji ste slušali razgovor je između John-a i njegove žene Betty. Betty je bila u kupovinu, ali nije kupila sve namirnice koje je John očekivao: umjesto telećih odrezaka donijla je goveđe kobasice, umjesto svježih jagoda banane, umjesto čokoladnog keksa John će morati da jede kikiriki, a o nekom viskiju nema ni govora. Do kraja mjeseca treba da se štedi, tješi Betty razočaranog supruga. John hoće da zna zašto najednom ta štednja, a Betty mu objašnjava da ima za njega iznenađenje, nešto vrlo lijepo: novu haljinu iz radnje iza ugla.
